Active in Motion (AIM) is a health and wellbeing centre based in Corby where individuals (particularly those who are less likely to use a conventional gym) are supported and encouraged to focus on improving their fitness levels, muscular strength, balance, flexibility and social wellbeing.

AIM has a wide range of state-of-the-art power-assisted exercise machines which enable users to work passively or actively at their own pace.  The centre also has an area for weight and suspension training, changing rooms, and a shower.

AIM is especially beneficial for older exercisers or those with long-term conditions, injuries, or disabilities.
