Operations Manager
£32k FTE (part time considered – minimum of 25 hours per week).
Volunteer Action is seeking a proactive and organised Operations Manager to support the day-to-day running and development of our services. Based in our Oundle office, Mon – Fri 9am – 1pm (core hours) and flexibility thereafter. This hands-on role involves overseeing office operations, leading staff and volunteers, with finance, data analysis, communications, and fundraising activities.
Working closely with the Chief Executive and Charity Manager, you will help ensure our services run efficiently while supporting the growth of volunteering within the local community. You will also play a key role in developing partnerships and promoting our work.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, working collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and partner organisations to make a positive impact.

Volunteer Drivers
Have you got a little time on your hands? Do you live in one of the villages we serve?
Driving for Volunteer Action is rewarding and enjoyable.
Drive as often or as little as you like. You can sign up to drive only on specific days and/or at specific times. You tell us, each week, if and when you are free to drive – we do the rest.
A mileage allowance of 45p per mile is paid.
